PhysioSlow One-On-One Personal Strength Training

One-on-one personal strength training with a certified, personal trainer specializing in PhysioSlow Strength Training protocol. All workout sessions will be performed on technologically advanced MedX equipment in our premium fitness studio. Each session will last about 30 minutes. No membership fees. Pay per session or get discounted rates if you sign up for one of our Get Fit & Stay Fit Training Programs.

Customized PhysioStretch

Shape up your exercise program! A private flexibility session is a personalized flexibility training session. It starts with a one-on-one stretch tailored to your body, your needs and your goals. After each session you will feel light on your feet and energized! For 30 minutes, you will work with Lisa to identify specific muscle groups to target when designing your customized stretching program. No membership fees. Pay per session or get discounted rates if you sign up for one of our Get Fit & Stay Fit Training Programs.

Get Fit & Stay Fit Training Programs 

Includes multi-session PhysioSlow Personal Strength Training and Customized PhysioStretch packages at discounted rates. We offer 4 packages ranging from 8 sessions up to 52 sessions. Please contact us for pricing.
