Phase I: 5 Day Pre-Cleansing

Get in the Mindset to Succeed

You will need to assess your goals and commitment to this program and be in the mindset to succeed. Cleansing your mind of negative thought patterns is critical to your mental and physical health and will set you up for success throughout the program.

Hydrate & Cleanse by Drinking Water

You will be flushing your body with lots of purified water everyday. We strongly encourage drinking hot water with fresh lemon and cayenne pepper to help stimulate your metabolism and digestion.

Go Grocery Shopping & Plan Ahead for your Meals & Snacks

You will need to go grocery shopping for the approved food items and plan ahead for the weeks to come.

Slowly Eliminate Caffeine & Sugars

You will gradually eliminate caffeine and added sugars from your diet in order to reduce withdrawal symptoms, such as headaches and fatigue during the Detoxification Phase.

Take Cleansing Supplements for a Gentle Colon Cleanse

You will need to take cleansing supplements for a gentle colon cleanse to ensure healthy bowel movements and to prevent toxin build up in your colon.



Phase II: 28 Day Detoxification

Eliminate Toxin-Rich & Allergenic Foods from Diet

You will need to eliminate all foods that are toxic and/or may cause food sensitivities/allergies and irritation to the digestive system. This includes foods such as dairy, gluten, sugar, caffeine, alcohol and select meats.

Eat a Nutritious & Clean Diet

Throughout the entire 28 days, you will be able to eat up to 3 meals and up to 2 snacks per day depending on the day you are on (some meals will be replaced by a shake or smoothie). You will consume only organic, unprocessed foods that are hormone and antibiotic free. Some examples include: organic poultry, fruits, vegetables, raw nuts and legumes.

Supplement & Nourish your Body with Professional Grade Dietary Supplements

Throughout this phase, you will take Professional Grade Dietary Supplements and Shakes to ensure superior support of your organs for optimal functioning and elimination of toxins. The overall detoxification process is heavily nutrient-dependent so supplementing your clean diet will ensure a nourished and healthy body.

Drink Delicious Dietary Shakes or Smoothies

Some meals will be replaced by delicious shakes or smoothies blended with Professional Grade Powders (and organic fruits) to provide essential vitamins, minerals and digestive enzymes.


Phase III: Post-Detox Transition

Reflect on your Success

You will be encouraged to take a moment to think about what you have accomplished and how you feel. Read your journal and see your progress.

Option to Extend the Detoxification Phase

If desired, you may extend your detoxification phase to maintain the positive momentum or feel you have not reached or would like to exceed your personal goals. You extend the intake of your supplements and/or shakes or smoothies.

Maintain Balanced & Clean Eating and Reintroduce Foods

Follow the suggested meal plans for continued success for a balanced and clean approach to eating. If you choose, you will slowly reintroduce the foods that were eliminated during the detoxification phase, identifying foods that don’t agree with your body.

Integrate Healthy Habits into Everyday Lifestyle

You will apply the tools and strategies that you developed during the detoxification and apply them to your everyday life. You will also integrate additional smart eating and drinking guidelines for sustainable, long-term health.
